    Fhem Homes Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and specialist cleaning services including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, lawn mowing, and home car wash services.

    Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and staff availability.

    We reserve the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful, or beyond the scope of our standard operations.

    4. Bookings and Appointments

    All bookings must be made through our website, phone, email, or approved communication channels.

    A booking is only confirmed after:

    • Availability is verified
    • Service details are agreed
    • Payment terms are accepted
    • Confirmation is issued by us

    We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

    • Staff illness
    • Severe weather conditions

    6. Payment Terms

    • Remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before service

    10. Satisfaction Guarantee

    Customer satisfaction is important to us.

    If you are dissatisfied with a service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

    Where appropriate, we may offer:

    • A return visit
    • A partial refund
    • Service correction at our discretion

    Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

    No claims will be considered after the notification period has expired.

    11. Damages and Liability

    Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting evidence where possible.

    We are not liable for:

    Our liability shall be limited to the cost of the service provided or repair/replacement where appropriate and reasonably verified.

    12. Health and Safety

    We reserve the right to refuse or stop service where:

    • Dangerous substances are present
    • Biohazard risks exist
    • Illegal activity is suspected
    • Staff safety is compromised

    Examples include:

    • Excessive mold
    • Pest infestations
    • Human or animal waste
    • Blood or bodily fluids
    • Structural hazards
    • Violent or threatening behavior

    Specialist hazardous cleaning is not included unless specifically agreed.

    13. Use of Cleaning Products

    Unless otherwise agreed, we may use our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment.

    Clients must notify us in advance of:

    • Surface sensitivities
    • Product restrictions
    • Eco-friendly product preferences

    We are not responsible for reactions or outcomes where such information was not disclosed before service.

    14. Recurring Services

    Recurring bookings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) may be subject to separate service agreements.

    Recurring clients may receive:

    Missed recurring appointments without notice may affect future scheduling and pricing.
